The part-time Facilities Assistant will assist with all aspects of operations and facility maintenance of the Goldstein Health, Fitness, Recreation Center, and all other athletic facilities. Position Duties Setup and breakdown for events.Provide on-site support during events and athletic contests.Serve as a front desk representative and weight room attendant.Act as the building supervisor.Understand and enforce all facility rules and regulations. Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time. Work Hours Exact hours to be determined with supervisor; generally up to 20 hours per week. Must be willing to work weekends and have a flexible schedule. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable and patient with visitors. Office experience a plus. Ability to work independently.
