PT Guest Service Agent

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to join our team. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company procedures and policies at all times

**Schedule:**
- This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Potential for evening and weekend shifts.
