Position Description
DEFINITION:
The Part-time HR Assistant at CFCC is responsible for a wide range of duties from administrative to technical, analytical and consultative in support of the various functions of human resources at the college. The Part-time HR Assistant may be assigned to focus on one or several of the following HR functional areas: Staffing and Recruitment Life Cycle, Benefits and Leave Administration, Training and Development, and HR Information Systems. The Part-time HR Assistant provides support in: presenting, project management, compliance, policy and procedure development, communications, researching and compiling data/reports. In addition, this position maintains high standards for HR customer service and provides support for the accuracy and maintenance of data in various HR systems.
