Pay: Starting at $19.60/hour (higher rates possible based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible evenings & weekends (possibly every weekend), 20-29 hours per week

Join The Arc of Washington County as a Part-Time Job Coach and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) achieve their employment goals, gain confidence, and succeed in real-world job settings. This is a long-term position, not seasonal or temporary. We’re seeking dependable team members who want to grow with us while helping others thrive. Key Responsibilities:Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to workplace expectations Teach essential skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and support
Who We’re Looking For:Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded) Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) 2 weeks
