Join our upscale continuing care retirement community as a PT Line Cook working 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., 25-30 hours/week.
- Responsible for preparing food accurately following standardized recipes, ensuring quality and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, participate in end-of-shift cleaning, and properly store deliveries using FIFO.
- Stock stations, reproduce plate presentation standards, and follow safety protocols.
- Complete training, maintain ServSafe certification, and stay updated on regulations.
- Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and discretion with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Require high school diploma or GED, ServSafe certification, proficiency in knife skills, and cooking methods like baking, grilling, steaming, etc.
