This position is for Saturdays and Sundays only, 10-16 hrs weeklyThis position entails completing preventative maintenance in guest room suites on a scheduled routine basis. Some tasks include painting, caulking, carpet cleaning, and general repair. A general understanding of electrical, plumbing and basic appliances including dishwashers, fridges, and PTAC's is preferred. Our overall goal is to provide clean, safe, and functional rooms to our guests.
