What Youll Do
- Provide outpatient physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population
- Manage approximately 10 visits per day, including evaluations and follow-ups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized rehab plans
- Document patient progress accurately in the EPIC EMR system
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility regulations
- Participate in quality improvement activities and patient education sessions
What You Need
Required:
- LA State Licensure as a PT
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Preferred:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to patient needs and scheduling
