What Youll Do:- Provide outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic, neurological, gait/balance, pain management, and post-surgical cases
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to aid patient recovery
- Perform manual therapy techniques, instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization, and neuro re-education
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately using Cerner charting system
- Travel within the facility as needed and comply with all safety and health protocols
What You Need:- Valid physical therapy license (pending state license accepted)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work 2-3 major holidays as required
About the Assignment:
This outpatient rehabilitation role is based at a short-term acute care hospital with a dedicated focus on diverse patient cases, including ortho, neuro, gait, and post-op rehab. You will support recovery through evidence-based therapies in a collaborative environment, helping patients return to their optimal functional abilities.
