Required Skills:
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Proven experience in pediatric therapy and rehabilitation
- Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage children and collaborate with families and team members
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with specialized pediatric therapeutic equipment
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in pediatric or neurological therapy
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of pediatric therapy experience preferred
- Current state licensure as a PT without restrictions
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work during scheduled shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (09:00 - 17:30), and Wednesday, Friday (08:00 - 16:30)
- Ability to travel to multiple treatment sites when necessary
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to licensing requirements
