Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmacy, fulfillment and customer service.
- Must possess or meet the requirements to attain a Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri. (If you do not have one but meet the requirements, we will help you get licensed!)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating detail-orientation, adaptability to change, and a passion for creative problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively live and implement Lemonaid Health Guiding Principles on a daily basis.
- Deliver exceptional patient and team experiences with a friendly, proactive attitude ("WOW" our patients and team).
- Collaborate with customer service teams across the US to improve existing processes for delivering prescriptions and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Work closely with the current team of pharmacy technicians to handle the packaging and shipping of prescriptions.
- Specific daily tasks fall into the following categories: Data entry, dispensing, packing, shipping, accuracy assurance, and customer service via phones and text-based messaging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly state of the pharmacy by stocking, cleaning workspaces, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Workload and Training Focus
- Training: Will be approximately 3 months, consisting mostly of fulfillment work.
- Post-Training Split: Workloads will be split approximately 80% Fulfillment and 20% Pharmacy duties, subject to fluctuation based on business needs.
- Pharmacy Student Technician: After initial training is completed, there will be opportunities to work with Pharmacists on additional tasks in conjunction with your educational path.
Structure and Schedule Requirements
- The pharmacy’s hours of operation are 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am – 6:30 pm on Saturdays (currently closed on Sundays).
- All shifts can change based on the needs of the business.
Part-Time / Pharmacy Student Technicians
- Shifts will vary based upon individual availability but must meet a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Requires at least 2 closing shifts Monday–Friday.
- Required to work rotating Saturdays (one on, one off).
