Job Summary:
We are seeking a PT (Physical Therapist) Agency PRN to join our team in Akron. As a PRN (as needed) Physical Therapist, you will provide rehabilitation services to patients on an as-needed basis. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions, creating customized treatment plans, and assisting patients in regaining mobility and managing pain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
- Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
