Contract Physical Therapist – Boston, MA

Location: Boston, Massachusetts MANY OTHER LOCAL LOCATIONS!!!
Contract: 13 weeks (with strong possibility of extension)
Schedule: Full-time, day shifts (40 hrs/week)
Pay: Competitive weekly package (discussed during screening)

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a contract basis in the Boston area. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality rehabilitative care, help patients restore mobility, and support recovery following injury, illness, or surgery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and create individualized care plans

• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training

• Educate patients and families on safe practices and at-home exercises

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care providers

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts PT license

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (contract/travel experience a plus)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
