Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and planning therapeutic interventions as required by the Physical Therapy discipline. This position is for a therapy setting with a patient ratio of 1:12, utilizing standard hospital equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically MEDITECH.
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and plan therapeutic interventions for patients.
- Work collaboratively with a team including a charge nurse and physical therapy assistants.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with EMR standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure- 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting preferred.
- Must possess Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS certification required.
