Primary Purpose of Position
Teach online sections of General Psychology (PSY 150), Developmental Psychology (PSY 241), and/or Abnormal Psychology (PSY 281) courses beginning in the fall 2026 semester.
Duties are primarily instructional, with efforts that promote and enhance the colleges commitment to excellence in instruction and support the current needs of the students and other faculty. Instructors are responsible to a dean and/or program manager. The relationship of the instructor to the student is one of leader, teacher, and facilitator of learning.

Qualifications
Minimum
Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in psychology or a related subject area.
Preferred
Master's degree in psychology or a related subject area. Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level. Experience working with a diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural, ability, and ethnic background of students. Familiarity with Moodle or other learning management systems. Preference will also be given to candidates who may be available for in-person instruction in future semesters.
