LearningRx Tysons is seeking a Director of First Impressions to support our cognitive training center. This role provides valuable exposure to applied cognitive development, client interaction, and real-world learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients
  • Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
  • Coordinate schedules and support operational flow
  • Assist with outreach and community education efforts
  • Provide a welcoming, professional environment for families
Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required (Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred)
  • Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
  • Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools

Schedule


  • Monday–Friday: 3:30pm–7:30pm
  • Occasional Saturdays: 9am–1pm
