Part-Time Receptionist

\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, generally 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

\nHours: Approximately 25 hours per week
\nPay Range: $20-$22 per hour
\nPosition Summary
\nThe Part-Time Receptionist serves as the primary onsite point of welcome for clients, visitors, community partners, vendors, and other guests of The Blue Bench. The position maintains a welcoming, professional, trauma-informed, and organized front-office environment while providing reception and routine administrative support to the organization.
\nThis is a fully onsite position. Regular and reliable onsite attendance during scheduled hours is an essential function of the role.

\nThis position is performed primarily in an office and reception environment. The employee must be able to operate standard office equipment, communicate effectively in person and by telephone, and occasionally move or transport routine office supplies and materials.
\nBecause the primary functions of this position involve reception, visitor support, and onsite office operations, regular physical presence at The Blue Bench is required.
\nSchedule
\nThis is a part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, generally from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Some limited schedule flexibility may occasionally be requested based on organizational needs, meetings, trainings, or special events.

\nCompensation & Benefits
\nThis is a part-time, non-exempt position scheduled for approximately 25 hours per week. This position is not eligible for The Blue Bench's employer-sponsored benefits or paid time off (PTO). Eligibility for any other paid leave or benefits will be provided in accordance with applicable law and organizational policy.
