Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PT Server to join our team. The PT Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and beverages to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Present menus and take orders from guests.
3. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
4. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
5. Prepare and deliver guest checks.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
7. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
9. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
5. Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
