PT Specialist, Testing Center Salary $19.36 - $25.17 Hourly Location Prescott, AZ Job Type Regular Part Time (20-25 hours/wk) Job Number 2026-00112 Department Testing Opening Date 04/17/2026 Description Benefits Description of Position Responsible for administering and proctoring various tests and assessments, including but not limited to placement testing, GED, CLEP, faculty out-of-classroom testing, nursing admissions testing, and other third-party assessments. Additionally, this role is critical in distributing important information to students and compiling and reporting data. Minimum Expectations & Requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelors degree from a nationally accredited college or university. Minimum of two years of administrative support experience which includes operation of all office equipment, email, and office management skills. Computer literacy; must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; must be able to quickly learn and adapt to changes in computer software. Must be comfortable troubleshooting issues that arise within technology, i.e., installing and upgrading software, adding shortcuts, and working with IT help desk personnel. Must be able to successfully, and continually, certify as a proctor through all third-party testing platforms. High level competencies in the areas of providing customer service to a diverse customer base, fast paced multi-tasking and prioritizing, attention to detail, and working with confidential information. Ability to work independently with minimum work direction; excellent organizational and time management skills. A team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, willing to put team needs above self. Occasional schedule or location changes will be required in order to meet the needs of the department.
