Minimum Education/Training/Experience
Student Help Center Assistant I: HS diploma/GED or be in good standing with College of the Mainland regarding all student conduct, academic standing, and financial accounts.
Student Help Center Assistant II: Associate degree Required
Preferred Education/Training/Experience
One (1) year of general clerical or office support experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements
Positions in this class typically require: stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, fingering, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
