This position supports the start-up, development, and provisional approval preparation of the Arizona Western College Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the individual supporting in this role will focus primarily on developing LPN curriculum and course materials; preparing syllabi, calendars, curriculum maps, learning outcomes, and evaluation tools; coordinating clinical site readiness and clinical placement planning; and assisting with the setup of the LPN skills lab, supplies, equipment, storage, and learning spaces. This position is intended to support the program development and implementation phase and ensure that the program aligns with Arizona Western College policies, Arizona State Board of Nursing requirements, program outcomes, practical nursing scope of practice, and student learning needs.
