Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $110/hr

What You’ll Do:- Provide diagnostic assessments and formulate treatment plans for mental health conditions
- Prescribe pharmacological treatments and non-pharmacological interventions
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
- Order and review labs, document in medical records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards
- Support quality-of-care initiatives and participate in ongoing professional development
What You Need:Required:- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Licensure as a registered nurse and as an advanced registered nurse practitioner in Iowa
- Certification as a clinical specialist/NP by ANCC or accepted certifying body
- Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, psychotropic medications, and legal regulations
Preferred:- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
