Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN)
CC Young Memorial Home is hiring a PRN PTA to join our in-house rehab team in Dallas, TX. We’re looking for a PTA who values patient-centered care and thrives in a team-oriented environment. 

This position is for the SNF setting and may also treat some outpatient.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide prescribed physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and pain management
• Deliver skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Support the implementation and adjustment of individualized care plans based on resident progress
• Track and document patients’ strength, mobility, and response to treatment
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Communicate updates and clinical observations to the supervising PT
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff

Qualifications
• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• In good standing with all applicable licensing boards
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
• Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
