With a positive and professional attitude, you'll patiently guide individuals through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities, adapting forms as needed to match the patient's current physical state. You'll document treatments, monitor patients' progress, and communicate with the physical therapist regarding their recoveries. To support home healing, you'll also educate patients (and their families) on helpful home exercises and recovery programs. Over time, you'll learn more about the physical therapy field and grow into a more confident, capable, and independent professional!REQUIREMENTSOur ideal PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant has some outpatient orthopedic experience, but it's not required. Some bilingual fluency in English and Arabic would be a bonus!
