We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while delivering meaningful patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out therapy interventions under PT supervision
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
• Monitor patient tolerance and report updates
• Support safe use of assistive devices
• Document all services provided
