**This position is for someone that has a minimum of one-year field experience and is able to get in a van and start performing service. School is not considered field experience.**
Responsibilities for this position includes the installation, maintenance, and repair of PTACs. A Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) is a ductless, through-the-wall heating and cooling system that is normally used in apartments, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, and senior living facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Diagnose PTAC units
- Sell new units and Service Plans
- Repair and install PTAC Units
- Replace and upgrade existing Wall Sleeves
- Perform Preventive Maintenance
- On occasion assist with HVAC jobs
- Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts and equipment are stocked
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, company uniforms, and other related company property
- Travel to customer properties and perform work on-site
- Electronically submit paperwork related to completion of job duties
- One to three years experience in HVAC and/or PTAC service and installation.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Must be well groomed and have a neat appearance.
- Provide customer service through quality communication to customers.
- Must be able to write and speak English clearly.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be able to fulfill the physical demands required.
- EPA Certified
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
