Description of Duties Inventory and organize IT equipment
Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune
Install software in Windows 11 environment
Update asset records in ServiceNow
Deploying assets as required
Assist with decommissioning old equipment
Engagement Requirements
Resources must abide by all published IT Standards, including those at http://paturnpike.service-now.com/kb
Strict schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4: PM, with minute unpaid lunch and no overtime
Business casual attire (jeans acceptable)
All tools and equipment provided by PTC
