Compensation Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly

The comp range above is the estimated hiring range for this position. Final offers are determined based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and other job-related considerations.

The Opportunity

Moody Bible Institute is seeking a dependable and service-minded Part-Time Order Processor to join our warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures using corresponding order-picking tickets.
• Ensure order accuracy and product quality by selecting and packing items that are in good, saleable condition.
• Process assigned shipments, including urgent, rush, shuttle, FedEx, and express orders.
• Assist the Warehouse Lead with non-routine orders and other fulfillment needs.
• Assist with set assembly as assigned.
• Support special projects such as stickering, inserting, and product repair.
• Stock shelves and return products to the appropriate picking or bulk-storage locations.
• Maintain warehouse areas in a clean, safe, sanitary, and organized condition.
• Provide excellent service and work collaboratively with team members to support warehouse operations.
• Perform other related duties and special assignments as needed.

• Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with changing warehouse priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Work Environment

• This is a part-time position regularly scheduled for approximately 28 hours per week.
• Work is performed in a large warehouse environment with concrete floors.
• The role may require being on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• The warehouse contains pallets and boxes of books weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Forklifts and pallet jacks are frequently used within the warehouse environment.
• The warehouse is not air-conditioned during the summer; large fans are used for ventilation and air circulation.
• This position requires regular on-site presence to perform warehouse and order-fulfillment responsibilities.
