About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting transportation operations, managing carrier relationships, optimizing freight costs, and ensuring compliance across the supply chain network.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment execution across all transportation modes.
• Manage carrier scorecards focusing on service, cost, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Analyze freight data, accessorial charges, and network efficiencies.
• Support transportation-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing domestic transportation operations including Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Parcel, and Intermodal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading transportation teams or cross-functional projects.
• Advanced knowledge of freight procurement and carrier management.
