What will my internship look like?Whether you're joining us for a spring or summer internship, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced accounting professionals in a full-service CPA firm. Interns have the opportunity to contribute to real client work while receiving training, mentorship, and support from team members invested in their success. You'll gain exposure to a variety of accounting and tax projects, including preparing 1099s, assisting with individual (1040) and business tax returns, and supporting accounting services for clients. Along the way, you'll build technical skills, learn how public accounting firms operate, and develop professional relationships that can support your career long after graduation. During busy season, spring interns typically work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with some flexibility around class schedules. Summer interns follow our off-season schedule, working Monday - Thursday averaging 32 hours per week. Interns are expected to work onsite at their selected location. Specific schedules may vary based on office needs and workload. So how do I join?We love connecting with students at college career fairs throughout the fall and spring.
