Manage multiple Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved. Coordinate all site logistics, trade sequencing, and subcontractor activities. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards. Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and public agency representatives. Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure proper execution. Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts proactively. Ensure adherence to local building codes, public procurement requirements, and regulatory standards. Maintain detailed project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates. Support project closeout activities, punch list completion, and owner turnover. Extensive experience leading ground-up public construction projects exceeding $20M in value. Proven success managing schools, municipal buildings, government facilities, healthcare, institutional, or other publicly funded projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Experience supervising large field teams and coordinating multiple trades simultaneously. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations, public-sector compliance requirements, and building codes. OSHA 30 Certification required. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction management software. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
