SCA Construction Project ManagerOur client is a leading New York City general contractor with a strong portfolio of SCA, educational, and public-sector projects. With decades of experience delivering renovations, capital improvements, and ground-up school construction, they have built a reputation for quality, safety, and long-term client partnerships.Job DescriptionAs SCA Construction Project Manager, you will:Manage multiple SCA construction projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsLead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administrationCoordinate with SCA representatives, architects, consultants, and field teamsMonitor project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittalsEnsure compliance with SCA standards and project specificationsConduct regular project meetings and provide progress updatesIdentify and mitigate project risks and schedule impactsSupport closeout activities, punch lists, and final documentationEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
