Public Event Staff - Armature Works

Armature Works is a premier, historic venue in the heart of Tampa’s Heights District. Combining a dynamic mix of restaurants, event spaces, and community-driven experiences, Armature Works is a destination for private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and more. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in a lively, elegant setting that exceeds client expectations.

We are seeking highly organized and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time event staff. The ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be prepared to manage various duties under the guidance of an Event Manager. This role requires physical stamina and high energy levels, as you will be on your feet and actively engaging with customers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work under the instructions of the Event Manager. 
• Ensure designated event spaces are clean and organized. 
• Adhere to event safety standards. 
• Provide excellent customer service. 
• Check guests in using Eventbrite. 
• Assist with ticket sales as needed. 
• Pack up equipment and materials post-event. 
• Oversee event areas such as bounce houses, kid zones, and craft stations.

 Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in high-energy, physically demanding environments.
