An established New Jersey firm is adding a public finance attorney to its practice.
This is financing work with your name on it. You will carry transactions through closing, not sit third chair.
What you will do:
Handle public finance matters for municipalities, school districts, housing authorities and underwriters. Draft and review financing documents and see transactions through closing. Work directly with clients.
What you have:
Three or more years of public finance practice. New Jersey bar admission is required. Writing samples will be requested.
The details:
Full-time, on site in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Base salary $145,000 to $155,000. Full benefits.
