General Information

KIND OF WORK: This is supervisory work in directing a moderately complex public health nursing program or in practicing in-depth nursing in an area of specialty.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Completion of an accredited nursing program leading to certification as a Registered Nurse and a minimum of one year experience at the level of Public Health Nurse II; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a license to practice as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Alabama; must be willing to furnish own automobile and possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
