The position primarily provides Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) home visiting services, along with other nursing and public health duties as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesConducts NFP nurse home visits following program guidelines.Attends required NFP training and meetings.Provides referrals to community resources.Delivers immunization services and participates in communicable disease reporting/investigation when required.May supervise paraprofessional staff.Maintains emergency preparedness certifications.Ensures consistent, reliable attendance.Core Competencies Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, customer service, confidentiality, effective communication, delegation, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, professionalism, and safety awareness.QualificationsBachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).Ability to read procedural documents, write reports, and speak effectively in group settings.Basic math skills for budgeting/program calculations.Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, internet, program management, and database software.Current Colorado RN license, liability insurance, and Colorado driver's license.Work Environment & Physical Demands Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
