Location:Nashville, Tennessee

Duration: 9 months

Description:
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience developing marketing strategies, managing digital communications, and creating print and web content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple marketing projects and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with website content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Graphic design experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are preferred.
Knowledge of public health communication principles and community engagement strategies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workgroups with state and regional leadership to develop and implement regional and local marketing strategy plans aligned with CHS Strategic Plan.
Create marketing content requests by coordinating submissions to the Office of Communications within established timelines.
Develop, update, and maintain regional and local webpages that incorporate standardized organizational content while highlighting location specific information, programs, services, and events.

Design, coordinate, and obtain appropriate approvals for printed or digital marketing and educational materials in accordance with organizational branding and communication standards.
Collaborate with Health Promotion Coordinators to create culturally relevant outreach and educational materials that address public health misinformation, build community trust, and improve awareness of heath department services.
Ensure all communications are consistent with organizational branding, messaging, and accessibility standards.
Foster effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support community engagement and public health outreach efforts.
Monitor communication initiatives and recommend improvements to increase community engagement and the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
