Meany Center for the Performing Arts has an outstanding opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.
About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive audience engagement, generate revenue, grow audiences and enhance brand visibility. This role oversees social media, website content, email marketing and multimedia content production to advance Meany Center's programs and performances.
Work takes place at Meany Hall for the Performing Arts, located on the UW Seattle campus. This position is eligible for telework two days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing - 30%
Build, test, deploy and measure the effectiveness of promotional and customer service email campaigns.
Manage and grow email lists, including list creation from the Tessitura CRM.
Ensure email content aligns with brand standards and supports audience engagement and revenue goals.
Social Media Management - 25%
Develop and implement audience engagement, brand awareness and promotional campaigns.
Serve as lead content creator and moderator for Meany Center social media channels; write and edit content for target audiences and oversee community management.
Multimedia Content Development - 15%
Create and oversee the production of video, photography, interactive and graphic content for digital platforms.
Provide editorial oversight for content planning and review; maintain content calendars and asset archives.
Website Management - 10%
Serve as editorial lead to maintain and update website content.
Work with ArtsUW Ticket Office and web developers to test and optimize ticketing pathways and site functionality.
Analyze and report on website and campaign performance.
Digital Advertising - 10%
Develop strategy, budget, and content for digital advertising campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
Other Duties - 10%
Oversee the Digital Marketing Coordinator on project assignments.
Participate in weekly marketing and cross-departmental planning meetings.
Process and reconcile invoices for managed projects.
