Public Relations Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a Public Relations Assistant to support outreach activities, public-facing initiatives, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and interested in helping maintain a positive company image through professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with public relations and community outreach activities
• Communicate company information and promotional details clearly
• Help prepare informational materials for events and outreach initiatives
• Support promotional events and public-facing activities
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally when interacting with customers and community members
• Assist with coordinating outreach schedules and event materials
• Collect customer questions, comments, and feedback
• Share relevant observations with the appropriate team members
• Help ensure information presented to the public is accurate and consistent
• Provide general support for assigned public relations initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, approachable, and confident demeanor
• Good writing, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate and manage multiple responsibilities
• Previous public relations, communications, event, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage
