The company is being built to support the reindustrialization of secure communications hardware, embedded software, firmware, and edge-networking products across 5G, future 6G, Wi-Fi, satellite/LEO connectivity, edge AI, industrial IoT, broadband access, and secure connected-device markets.

MACH Ai8 is positioned as a hardware-enabled software and secure edge-networking platform, not a traditional design lab, engineering consultancy, or low-margin contract manufacturer.

Position Summary

\n

MACH Ai8 is seeking a PR & Brand Communications Intern to support the CEO and founding team in building the company voice, CEO voice, brand language, LinkedIn presence, newsletter, PR foundation, customer-facing go-to-market messaging, and communications rhythm.

\n

This role is ideal for a strong writer, researcher, and organizer who wants hands-on experience helping launch a new American technology company at the intersection of wireless connectivity, domestic manufacturing, secure routers, gateways, hotspots, edge devices, AI-connected products, cloud management, and cybersecurity.

\n

\n

Schedule: Part-time, 15-30 hours per week; flexible based on school/work availability

\n

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience and writing ability

\n

\n

Core Mission of the Role

\n

The intern will help MACH Ai8 build the voice of the company to the market. The voice should communicate that MACH Ai8 is building trusted American wireless connectivity products and platforms for a new era of secure, U.S.-controlled connected devices. That voice should be:

·   Technically credible and enterprise-ready

·   American-controlled without sounding political

·   Confident without hype

·   Clear enough for customers, investors, carriers, partners, and media

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

1. CEO Voice and Founder Communications

\n

Help capture, organize, and develop the public voice of the CEO/founder. The founder voice should reflect more than 20 years of wireless product-building experience, a practical builder mindset, global supply-chain knowledge, and a clear transition toward U.S.-controlled design, firmware, software, production, and supply-chain control.

\n

·   Draft CEO LinkedIn posts, founder updates, short essays, and market commentary

\n

·   Turn rough founder ideas, notes, and conversations into clear written communications

\n

·   Build a repeatable CEO voice guide

\n

·   Maintain approved CEO phrases, stories, themes, and positioning language

\n

·   Create message themes around American wireless innovation, secure connected devices, domestic production pathways, and supply-chain control

\n

·   Draft investor/customer updates when requested by leadership

\n

\n

2. Company LinkedIn Management

\n

·   Draft and schedule company LinkedIn posts

\n

·   Build and maintain a weekly content calendar

\n

·   Track relevant industry news, announcements, and market events

\n

·   Identify articles, posts, and industry conversations MACH Ai8 should respond to

\n

·   Support engagement with customers, partners, investors, suppliers, advisors, and manufacturing stakeholders

\n

·   Create recurring post themes around secure wireless devices, U.S. product control, carrier-certified hardware, domestic supply-chain development, edge networking, and reindustrialization

\n

\n

3. Newsletter and Market Communications

\n

·   Help build the MACH Ai8 newsletter structure and editorial rhythm

\n

·   Draft monthly or biweekly newsletter content for customers, investors, partners, advisors, and industry contacts

\n

·   Summarize industry trends in wireless, 5G/6G-forward devices, satellite/LEO connectivity, Wi-Fi, AI devices, cybersecurity, and domestic manufacturing

\n

·   Support email updates for company milestones, product development, supply-chain progress, regulatory context, and leadership commentary

\n

·   Maintain a list of recurring communication themes and target audiences

\n

4. Brand Book and Messaging System

\n

Assist in building the MACH Ai8 brand book and messaging library so the company can speak consistently across customers, investors, carriers, partners, suppliers, media, and future employees.

\n

·   Mission, vision, positioning, and brand promise

\n

·   Founder story and company origin narrative

\n

·   Company boilerplate and short/medium/long descriptions

\n

·   Audience messaging for enterprise, carrier, government, investor, partner, and consumer audiences

\n

·   Product-family language for routers, gateways, hotspots, edge devices, security products, and managed platforms

\n

·   Words to use / words to avoid

\n

·   Messaging guardrails around U.S.-controlled design, supply-chain control, firmware authority, product provenance, and lifecycle security

\n

·   Competitive language research and benchmark files

\n

\n

5. PR and Media Support

\n

·   Draft press release outlines and announcement templates

\n

·   Build media lists across technology, wireless, manufacturing, cybersecurity, broadband, policy, and business publications

\n

·   Research journalists, analysts, podcasts, conferences, and industry associations

\n

·   Draft company boilerplate language, founder bios, executive backgrounders, and media FAQs

\n

·   Prepare briefing notes for future product, partnership, funding, manufacturing, hiring, or customer announcements

\n

·   Track relevant industry announcements and identify opportunities for timely commentary

\n

\n

6. Industry Benchmarking and Research

\n

Track how leading companies communicate their market position and use those patterns to help MACH Ai8 build a stronger and more disciplined public voice.

\n

·   Wireless equipment, router, gateway, hotspot, and edge-networking companies

\n

·   Satellite connectivity and LEO communications companies

\n

·   Security-camera, public-safety, fire/safety detection, and mission-critical hardware companies

\n

·   Edge AI, industrial IoT, and cloud-managed hardware companies

\n

·   U.S. manufacturing, EMS, ODM, supply-chain, and high-reliability electronics companies

\n

·   Companies that convert connected hardware into recurring software, workflow, support, or lifecycle revenue

\n

\n

7. Communications Operations

\n

·   Maintain content calendars and communication schedules

\n

·   Organize brand assets, message libraries, writing samples, draft folders, and PR files

\n

·   Track deadlines, open tasks, and internal review status

\n

·   Capture meeting notes and action items

\n

·   Maintain launch checklists and communication checklists

\n

·   Coordinate with outside brand, design, legal, PR, product, and manufacturing partners as directed

\n

·   Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Substack, Notion AI, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack or similar tools

\n

·   Fluent with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, Jasper, Copy.ai, or Grammarly 

\n

·   Interest in 5G, 6G-forward networks, satellite connectivity, routers, hotspots, security cameras, fire detection, AI devices, edge networking, cloud compute, IT networking or domestic manufacturing

\n

·   Experience creating editorial calendars, messaging guides, or brand documents

\n

·   Comfort using AI tools responsibly for drafting, research, summarization, and editing while maintaining human judgment and accuracy
