Public Relations & Communications Assistant

We are looking for an Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join our team and gain hands-on experience in communications, public relations, event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and brand development.

No prior experience is necessary. Our team provides paid training, hands-on instruction, coaching, and professional development so you can build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

You will work directly with customers and the public while representing brands and clients at live events, promotional activities, retail locations, community events, and marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in marketing, communications, public relations, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Represent brands and clients in a professional and engaging manner
• Interact with customers and community members at events and promotional campaigns
• Clearly communicate information about products, services, and promotions
• Assist with public relations, event marketing, communications, and brand promotion
• Create positive customer interactions that support brand awareness
• Help execute promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and on-site activities
• Support community events, retail activations, and other face-to-face marketing initiatives
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and customer engagement goals
