The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual professional with 5+ years of client or project management experience in marketing, public relations, or a related communications field.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop creative outreach strategies and coordinate tactical campaigns.
- Support Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contracts, timelines, and relationships.
- Creative Direction: Direct the development of online and offline creative design assets.
- Community Partnerships: Coordinate directly with local businesses, stakeholders, and residents to build program partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Help manage project teams and ensure flawless tactical implementation under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience managing communications projects or agency clients.
- Mindset: Ability to work independently, pivot quickly in fast-paced situations, and maintain a thirst for continuous learning.
- Passion: A demonstrable desire to make a tangible difference in our community and the environment.
- Spanish fluency a plus.
