Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator for a 3 month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week.
This position is responsible for coordinating various Investor & Public Relations related matters, such as preparing event logistics, project support, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Minimum of 5% of time spent)
Understand and actively manage Investor Relations database and information flow. Handle confidential and non-routine information. Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls.
Represent the company as the first point of investor contact.
Maintain tracking and records of meetings history and investment community contact in CRM database.
Download reports for first draft of Analyst Report email to executive team.
Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies and procedures, and executive action.
Support SVP, Investor & Public Relations and direct team on ad hoc requests for PowerPoint / graphics.
Coordinate event participation, planning, and logistics.
Organize and maintain complex calendar management, requiring frequent communication with both internal and external contacts.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
Prepare expense reports in compliance with Company policies, filing, sorting and distributing mail, greeting and welcoming visitors.
Experience:
1-2 year of experience of direct office administration in a corporate, executive level and/or direct administration of investor relations teams.
Bachelors degree from accredited college/university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Strong computer skills required. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
