The AmeriCorps member serving as Public Relations and Volunteer Engagement Coordinator will build organizational capacity by strengthening Re-Entry Solutions' public awareness, community visibility, and volunteer engagement systems. The member will help develop communication materials, support outreach campaigns, maintain content and messaging tools, assist with public relations efforts, and improve systems for sharing the organization's mission, services, and impact with the community. The member will also help strengthen volunteer recruitment, tracking, communication, and engagement processes to increase community involvement and organizational support. This role will not provide direct client services, but will focus on building the communication and volunteer infrastructure needed for long-term growth and stronger anti-poverty impact.
