Your Impact as a Public Safety Officer

In this role, you are more than a safety presence-you are a trusted ambassador of our communities.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
• Patrol properties to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property expectations
• Provide guidance and support to team members on safety practices
• Accurately document incidents and complete reports in a timely manner
• Respond to situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and care

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and access to a working phone
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule

This is a full-time, 24/7 operation with flexible scheduling across all shifts. Can commit to two weekends a month.
