Mission Critical Partners is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant for Public Safety. The role supports organizational change management efforts associated with large-scale public safety and mission-critical system implementations across the United States. This role focuses on smooth organizational transitions for emergency communications centers, public safety agencies, emergency management organizations, and government agencies adopting new technologies, operational models, governance structures, and business processes.
The position combines formal organizational change management education and certification with public safety operational knowledge to support projects involving emergency communications operations, NG911 modernization, staffing and workflow assessments, governance changes, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and mission-critical operations transformation.
