Description
As Public School Construction Project Manager - Greenwich, CT, you will:
- Manage public school construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client communications.
- Coordinate with school districts, architects, consultants, and municipal stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with public bidding and project requirements.
- Review change orders, cost reports, contracts, and project forecasts.
- Work closely with field teams to maintain quality, safety, and schedule performance.
- Ensure projects are successfully delivered while minimizing disruptions to occupied school environments.
Profile
A successful Public School Construction Project Manager - Greenwich, CT candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience managing K-12 public school construction projects.
- Strong understanding of public sector construction procedures and documentation.
- Experience with renovations, additions, occupied facilities, and phased construction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
