Public Space housekeepers are responsible for providing daily cleaning for all of the operations including, but not limited to:offices, public spaces, restrooms and fitness center. Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities - Perform housekeeping and cleaning services in the public areas to the resort standard. This includes but is not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning windows, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
- Report any safety hazards, damages, and maintenance needs to the Public Space Manager.
- Use the cleaning products provided.
- The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guest that will maintain and strengthen our reputation.
- Checking stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
- Always maintain a polite and courteous attitude with all members and guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and qualifications - Must be responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, detail oriented, flexible, honest and reliable.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally
- Great customer service skills including listening carefully and exercising patience.
Physical Requirements This position requires complete mobility and the ability to withstand extreme outdoor environments. Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk a minimum of 8 hours daily and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
