Overview
The City of Gresham is seeking qualified applicants to fill a Public Utility Worker 2 vacancy in the Transportation Division of the Department of Environmental Services. This position will work in a team environment outdoors in various weather conditions to perform labor intensive activities to maintain and repair the City's transportation infrastructure. The Transportation Operations crew is overseen by a Transportation Superintendent and consists of 3 Public Works Field Operations Supervisors, 2 Public Utility Worker Seniors, and 19 Public Utility Worker 2's.
This position will be open through 10/6/26, however first review of applications for interview will be taking place 9/23/26. Please have your application in before 9/23/26 for first consideration.

You will be disqualified from this process if you possess any of the following driving infractions:
A major traffic offense or accident that results in death or major injury.
Driving under the influence (DUI) offense within the last 5 years.
Have more than 3 moving violations within a 3-year period or more than 2 within a one- year period.
Have more than 2 accidents within a 3-year period.
