Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionManage and oversee daily field operations on site development projects. Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors on-site. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and leadership to meet KPIs. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues in real time. Support scheduling, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantProven experience as a Superintendent in civil construction or sitework. Strong background in utilities, grading, or infrastructure projects preferred. Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple moving parts. Knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices. Effective communication and coordination skills. Valid driver's license; willingness to travel locally as needed.What's on Offer$80K-$120K base salary. Performance-based bonuses starting at $5K+. Company truck + cell phone + equipment provided.
