Civil Science is seeking a Public Works Division Manager to lead and grow our Public Works practice across Idaho.
We have an established municipal practice in Idaho — water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway projects — and we're looking for the right leader to grow it. Your work will directly support the communities these systems serve, and your leadership will determine how the division develops from here.
We're looking for an experienced Professional Engineer who can balance business development, client relationships, project delivery, and team leadership. That means strengthening relationships with the municipal clients we have, developing new ones, mentoring staff, and building a division that delivers consistent, quality work.
Civil Science is 100% employee-owned. Every employee has a stake in the company's success, and we look for leaders who take that ownership seriously — in their projects, their teams, and their communities.
